Indemnify

 I understand that All Greetings Home Child Care takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of children but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur, except in cases of gross negligence. 

 The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Greetings Home Child Care, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising out of their child’s participation in daycare activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm. Also,   Parents agree not to hold All Greetings Home Child Care facilities owners or tenants or providers or staff liable for minor accidents or injuries unless caused by gross negligence. Any disputes regarding this also shall be resolved by mediation or through American Arbitration Association serving the area..
