Terms and Conditions

The following fees policy is adopted for the stability and well being of our daycare children.

1. Fees

• Fees are charged as per the Fee Schedule for the child’s reserved enrolled spot, 

for a minimum of six months commitment, in our limited capacity.

At least one month advance notice is required to terminate the child care with us.

• Fee is not refunded for child’s absence due to illness, vacation, holidays, or other

personal reasons.

2. Regular Care Fees

• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments are accepted.

• All payments must be made in advance, within the first week of start of Care.

• A 5 to 10% discount is available for families who choose to pay above quarterly in advance.

3. Additional Care Options

• These services are provided only in special circumstances such as urgent or emergency needs.

• Weekend/Overtime Care /Vacation Days /Holidays: $12 per hour.

• Overtime Care: Additional charges apply if a child is picked up later than the agreed time.

• Night Stay Care: Flat rate of $100 per night.

4. Payment Responsibility

• Payments must be made on time to maintain your child’s reserved spot.

• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of childcare services.

Please note the above fees are non-refundable.
