Early Drop-Off, Early Pick-Up, and Weekend Care Policy

Dear Parents,

At All Greetings Family Day Care, we strive to support your family’s needs while ensuring a consistent and nurturing environment for all children. We understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may require early drop-offs, early pick-ups, or occasional weekend care.

To help us manage these needs effectively, please follow the guidelines below for requesting flexible care arrangements:

1. Early Drop-Offs and Late Pick-Ups:

• Early Drop-Offs: If you need to drop off your child before our regular start time of 7:00 AM, please submit a request at least 24 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate these requests based on staffing availability.
• Early or Late Pick-Ups: If you plan to pick up your child earlier or later than our regular end time of 5:30 PM, we appreciate advance notice whenever possible to help us prepare your child for departure without disrupting other activities. Please notify us in writing or by phone at least two hours prior to your planned pick-up time.

2. Weekend Care:

• Weekend care may be available on a limited basis with prior approval. Please submit a request at least 72 hours in advance, as weekend staffing and scheduling are limited. This care option is intended to support families with special or urgent needs.
• Emergency Situations: In cases of unforeseen emergencies (such as family illness or urgent work needs), we will do our best to accommodate your child for early drop-off or weekend care on short notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any urgent arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Fees: Please note that early drop-offs, late pick-ups, and weekend care may incur additional fees. Rates will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
• Availability: While we aim to support your family’s needs, please understand that early and weekend care is not guaranteed. We will confirm each request based on availability.
