REFUND POLICY

1. Enrollment and Registration Fees
Enrollment or registration fees: The registration fee is non-refundable and is required to secure your child’s place in the daycare.

2. Payment for Services
• Refund for Advance Payments:
If parents prepay for care and if care is canceled two weeks before the start date, a refund will be provided minus a $50 administrative fee.”

4. Missed Days/Absences
Payments are not refundable for any missed days, including illness, vacations, or holidays.

5. Closure Due to Emergencies
• Partial Refunds for Prolonged Closure:
If the daycare must close for more than two consecutive weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund will be provided.

6. Trial or Transition Period
During the first week of care, parents may withdraw and receive a refund for unused days.

7. Termination by the Provider
The provider reserves the right to terminate care with immediate effect if necessary. A pro-rated refund for unused days will be issued.
